Ah, thanks for this timely post! Two weeks in a row we've gotten broad beans in our veg box (& yeah, last year I looked them up & realized they were fava beans) & we are always kind of stymied as how best to use them -- honestly, I feel like they're too much of a pain in the ass b/c you have to shell them twice. & for the space they take up in one's bag, by the time you prep them you have comparatively so little!!! (so it's probably good we have last week's as well as this week's to contend w/)
