I'm generally willing to try just about anything with a dish (although I never claim it's an authentic anything) but fuul is about the one thing I don't even try to replicate outside of Egypt, as it's always so disappointing out of a can or dried. I'll have to see if there's fuul akhdar hanging around anywhere though!
